1. Who we are

Always On Staffing is a service of GetFound365, a small Wisconsin company run by Stephanie and Tim Laning at 801 Vanguard Way, Green Bay, WI 54313. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, call or text Maggie, our AI receptionist, or fill out our "Have her text me" form.

2. What we collect

  • What you give us: your first name, business name, mobile number, an optional note about what you would want Maggie to handle, and a record of your text consent (including the date and time).
  • Calls and texts: the phone number you call or text from, and the content of your calls and texts with Maggie. Calls may be recorded and transcribed by our AI receptionist system.
  • Basic site data: technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your request and text you about interviewing Maggie.
  • To run and improve the receptionist service and review how calls were handled.
  • To keep records and meet legal obligations.

4. Text messages and mobile information

If you check the consent box, we will text you from (920) 600-6605 about your request. Reply STOP at any time to end texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to text is not a condition of buying anything from us.

5. Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the service, such as the platform that hosts this site, our forms, and our texting and AI voice tools (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and the phone carriers and AI providers it uses), and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it or if our business is sold or transferred.

6. If you hire Maggie

If your company hires Maggie, the calls she answers for your business will be handled as your offer letter describes. This policy covers the information you give us on this site and when you talk to Maggie about hiring her.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to handle your request and keep our business records, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Security

We use reputable platforms and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our hosting platform may use cookies or similar tools to keep the site working and count visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the site may work less well.

10. Your choices

You can reply STOP to any text to end texts. You can email [email protected] to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

11. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
