1. Who we are

Always On Staffing is a service of GetFound365, a small Wisconsin company run by Stephanie and Tim Laning at 801 Vanguard Way, Green Bay, WI 54313. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Always On Staffing and GetFound365. You can reach us at [email protected] or (920) 600-6605.

2. What this site is

This site introduces Maggie, an AI receptionist for HVAC companies. It is information about a service, not a contract. Nothing here is an offer you can accept by clicking a button. You only become a client when you receive and accept a written offer letter from us.

3. Maggie is an AI

Maggie is an artificial intelligence, not a person. She tells callers so if they ask. She does not diagnose HVAC problems or quote prices. Calls and texts with Maggie may be recorded, transcribed and stored so we can run the service and review how she did.

Emergencies: Maggie is not an emergency service. If you smell gas or anyone is in danger, leave the building and call 911.

4. Interviewing Maggie

Calling Maggie or asking her to text you is free and carries no obligation. You can stop at any time.

5. Hiring her

If you decide to hire Maggie, we will send you an offer letter that spells out what she will do, what it costs, and how to cancel. The service is month to month, with no long-term contract. The offer letter is the agreement that governs your service, and if it conflicts with this page, the offer letter controls.

6. Text messaging terms

  • Consent. When you check the box on our form and give your mobile number, you agree that Always On Staffing may text you at that number about your request to interview Maggie and any follow-up about that request. Consent to text is not a condition of buying anything from us.
  • Who texts you. Texts come from (920) 600-6605, the number Maggie answers. They are sent on behalf of Always On Staffing only, never for another company.
  • How often. You will get a first text after you submit the form, and more if you reply or ask a question. We do not send promotional blasts.
  • Cost. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
  • Stop. Reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and then no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.
  • Help. Reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (920) 600-6605.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your mobile information. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

7. No guarantees

We do our best to make Maggie useful, but we do not promise any particular number of answered calls, booked jobs or revenue. Results depend on your business, your call volume and how you set her up.

8. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost jobs or profits, that come from using this site or the service. Any liability to you under a signed offer letter is limited as that letter says.

9. Wisconsin law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you are a client, changes to your service will be made in writing.
